IWA

Individual's Working Alone will need to retain competence by successfully completing a Workplace Assessment between 9-15 month interval from their initial or last recertification course. Similar to COSS there is a classroom recertification course very 24 months

COSS

Controller's of Site Safety need a (P) assessment within 4 months of completing initial training. There is also an interim assessment required at 9-15 month interval, from the initial course, or last recertification. There is a recertification course every 24 months.

ES

Engineering Supervisors need a (P) assessment within 4 months of completing initial training. There is also an interim assessment required at 9-15 month interval, from the initial course, or last recertification. There is a recertification course every 34 months

PS

Possession Support staff on completion of initial training have to complete a workplace assessment within 5 years to recertify the competence. There is no PS recertification course only the assessment to retain competence.

PICOP

Person in Charge of Possession need a (P) assessment within 4 months of completing initial training. There is also an interim assessment required at 9-15 month interval, from the initial course, or last recertification.

There is a recertification course every 24 months.

(S)PICOP

Senior Person in Charge of Possession need a (P) assessment within 4 months of completing initial training. There is also an interim assessment required at 9-15 month interval, from the initial course, or last recertification

SSOWP

Safe System of Work Planners need a (P) assessment within 4 months of completing initial training. There is also an interim assessment required at 9-15 month interval, from the initial course, or last recertification.
There is a recertification course every 24 months.

MC CC

Machine | Crane Controllers need to be assessed at 4+5 year intervals of completing initial training. There is also an recommendation of the sponsor to complete Annual Capability Conversations at 12m intervals
